CoachingPersonalized written debrief
Built for the moments the promotion did not prepare you for.
- Moving from peer to leader without pretending the shift is not awkward
- Setting expectations people can repeat and own
- Correcting behavior without avoiding it or blowing up
- Delegating without taking the work back
- Developing the next leader beneath you
One week, start to finish.
- Monday · OpenA short lesson built around a field situation you already know.
- Tuesday · Name the repPick the person, the conversation, and your first move.
- Wednesday · Use itTry the behavior on the actual job, not in a classroom exercise.
- Thursday · Check inType or record what you tried, what happened, and what got hard.
- Next business morning · DebriefWhat worked, one direct push, and one dated next move.
Illustrative example · Week 03Delivered 8 a.m.
A debrief you can read on a tailgate.
You did the right thing by taking it private. That protected the man's dignity and kept the crew from turning it into theater.
The miss: you softened the ask at the end. “Try to be better” gives him room to nod and keep doing the same thing.
The pushStop protecting the relationship by leaving the expectation blurry.
Next moveMonday at 6:45, ask Mike to repeat the new start-time agreement before the huddle.

Before you enroll.
- Solo is AI-coached: debriefs are generated from your field record without routine human review; controlled cohorts include human review before delivery. Records flagged for review may be held.
- Not instant: routine delivery is scheduled for the next business morning at 8 a.m. Mountain time, Monday–Friday.
- Paced, not a library: weeks advance after full seven-day intervals from your enrollment start.
- It takes real effort: allow time to read, plan, try the behavior, and check in. No travel does not mean no effort.
- Development, not a credential: Track 1 Solo is not a certification or employment test.
Straight answers.
What happens right after I pay?
Varentum creates your portal access and sends one welcome email, “Your Varentum portal is ready.” Open the secure link, follow First Week Setup, and your first week is open.
Does my employer see any of this?
No. Solo is yours alone and is not connected to your company. Your check-ins and debriefs stay in your private portal.
What if I miss a week?
The next week still opens on schedule, and earlier lessons stay open in your portal. Pick up with the current week's rep; you don't have to start over.
Won't AI coaching be generic?
Each debrief is written from what you reported that week, read against that week's framework and your earlier check-ins. If a response misses, the next check-in is where you say so. To see the format first, read two weeks of the loop.
Can I get a refund?
Solo is non-refundable once your portal access has been set up, as the Refund Policy explains. If something isn't working, email hello@joinvarentum.com and it will be looked at.
Is it available in Spanish?
The program is currently delivered in English.
